Centrifugal Pump Systems
Based on the parameters you indicated, ESP- PLUS will automatically help you choose from B&G's selection of pumps: floor or based mounted, in-line or parallel pump applications. A few keystrokes are all it takes to display single or multiple centrifugal pump performance curves showing GPM/head, efficiency, brake horsepower and NPSHR curves with the system control curve.
Compute paybacks and annual operating costs of constant vs. variable speed pumping systems quickly and accurately. Variable speed curves give a visual summary. You can also get an overview of multiple pump systems to assure acceptable design. A library of suggested load profiles are provided or custom profiles may be designed. Output provides detailed data on each profile point including wire to water efficiency, pump staging points and motor power usage information.

Heat Exchangers
Select from Bell & Gossett's U- tube or straight tube heat exchangers in liquid-to-liquid or steam-to-liquid applications. ESP-PLUS includes a library of 53 commonly used fluids with associated characteristics, so you can quickly and easily identify the right heat exchanger for your project. You can compute heat balance based on only partial inputs and let ESP-PLUS do the work for you.

Steam Specialties
ESP-PLUS will select the appropriate Hoffman steam trap, Series 2000 and Series 1140 steam regulators for your application. ESP transfers sizing information from the heat exchanger program to the steam specialties program for easy selection of complementary products. ESP-PLUS gives you the tools to select an engineered heat transfer system that minimizes both the initial and operating costs. The steam specialties section of ESP-PLUS also has "help" programs which calculate flash loss, flash tank size and steam pipe sizes, to make your job easier.

Condensate Handling Equipment
You can now select from DOMESTICS Pump condensate return, boiler feed and vacuum heating units based upon condensate temperature, receiver material and configuration, system size and required discharge pressure. The unit you select can be customized to include all features required for any particular application.

Product Schedules
Produce complete schedules of all the equipment required for your job, including quantities, sizes, operating voltages, special features of equipment, etc. With ESP-PLUS, creating these schedules is simple.
